Pads for shops, garages, and additions on newer subdivision lots.
More on site preparationServing Pooler and the rest of Chatham County with excavation, grading, land clearing, driveways, concrete, and demolition.
Pooler has grown fast, and a lot of what we do here is on newer construction: pads, drainage, concrete, and back yard projects on lots that were graded flat by the builder.
We also get calls out toward the older properties off Highway 80 where acreage still needs clearing and driveway work.

More on pool excavationA lot of Pooler was built on ground that used to be low and wet. Builders bring the pads up, but the yards often end up dead flat, so water sits after a storm.
Subdivision lots here usually drain into a rear swale or a detention pond. When we regrade a yard we make sure the water still ends up where the neighborhood plan sends it.
Working new construction means dealing with HOAs, tight lots, and finished landscaping. We are set up for that.
We know how these subdivisions were graded, which tells us where the water is supposed to go before we ever pick up a shovel.
Sometimes, and sometimes the lot is just flat. Either way we can usually fix it by reshaping the yard so it drains to the swale, which is cheaper than pipe.
