Demolition Contractor in Coastal Georgia

Tear it down, load it out, leave the lot clean.

What Demolition Involves

Demolition is more than knocking something over. The job is getting the structure down safely, separating what can be recycled, hauling the rest off, and leaving a lot that somebody can build on again.

We take down sheds, carports, mobile homes, old slabs, driveways, and small outbuildings. If there is a structure in the way of your project, we can get it gone.

When You Need Demolition

  • An old shed, carport, or outbuilding is falling in and needs to come down.
  • A mobile home has to be removed before a new build can start.
  • A cracked driveway, patio, or slab needs to be broken out and replaced.
  • You bought a property with junk structures and want a clean lot.
  • Fire or storm damage left a structure that has to be cleared.

Common Demolition Projects

  • Shed, carport, and outbuilding tear down
  • Mobile home removal and site cleanup
  • Concrete driveway and slab breakout
  • Patio, walkway, and pool deck removal
  • Interior gut outs before a remodel
  • Storm and fire debris removal

How We Handle the Job

  1. 1

    Look it over

We check what the structure is made of, what is attached to it, and where the trucks can get in.

  2. 2

    Disconnect

Power, water, and gas get killed and disconnected before anything moves.

  3. 3

    Bring it down

The excavator does the work in a controlled order so nothing falls where it should not.

  4. 4

    Sort and load

Concrete and metal get separated out. The rest goes in the trailer.

  5. 5

    Grade the spot

We fill the hole, grade it level, and leave the ground ready for what is next.

Equipment We Use

  • Tracked excavator with thumb for grabbing and sorting debris
  • Hydraulic breaker for concrete and footings
  • Skid steer with grapple for cleanup
  • Dump trailer for hauling debris to the landfill or recycler

Why Experience Matters Here

Most of the risk in demo is what you cannot see. Old buried tanks, live lines somebody forgot about, a slab that is thicker than anybody expected. We check first, and we price the job on what is really there.

Separating concrete and metal at the site instead of at the dump saves real money on tipping fees, and that shows up in your price.

Demolition Questions We Get Asked

Do you haul the debris away or do I need a dumpster?

We haul it. Our trailer stays on site while we work and everything leaves with us. You do not need to rent a dumpster or schedule pickups.

Can you break out just part of a driveway?

Yes. We saw cut a clean line, break out only the section that needs to go, and leave the good concrete alone so the new pour ties in straight.

Do I need a permit for demolition?

It depends on the structure and the county. Small sheds usually do not need one. Anything with utilities or a foundation usually does. We will tell you what we run into on your property and where to file.

How long does a small demo job take?

A shed or a one car driveway is normally a single day. A mobile home with the pad and the pilings is typically two to three days including haul off.
