What Dirt Delivery Involves
We deliver fill dirt, topsoil, and screened material by the truckload anywhere in Coastal Georgia. If you want it spread instead of piled, we have the equipment on the trailer to do it the same trip.
Fill dirt and topsoil are not the same thing and people get sold the wrong one all the time. Fill is for building up and compacting. Topsoil is for growing grass. Using topsoil as structural fill is how pads settle.
When You Need Dirt Delivery

Why Experience Matters Here
Most people order dirt by the truckload without knowing how much a load covers. A load spread four inches deep does not go as far as anybody expects. We run the math with you first.
Cheap fill full of roots and trash will settle. We source clean material because we are usually the ones who have to build on it.
Dirt Delivery Questions We Get Asked
How much area does one load of dirt cover?
Depends on depth. As a rough number, a load spread four inches deep covers a little over a thousand square feet. We will figure your loads off actual measurements.
What is the difference between fill dirt and topsoil?
Fill dirt is subsoil with little organic material, so it compacts and stays put. Topsoil has organics in it for growing. Never use topsoil under a slab or a pad.
Can you spread the dirt or do you just dump it?
We can do either. Most customers have us spread it since we already have the skid steer on the trailer, and it saves them a week of wheelbarrow work.
Do you deliver small loads?
Yes. Dump trailer loads work well for tight residential lots and small fill jobs where a tri axle cannot get in or is more than you need.
